High-Viscosity Lithium-Complex Synthetic Grease

AMSOIL High-Viscosity Synthetic Grease is a lithium-complex-thickened

grease blended with premium ISO 320 synthetic base oils. 

It is fully compounded with additives, providing superior extreme-pressure

protection, oxidation resistance and corrosion protection. High-Viscosity

Synthetic Grease is shear stable, maintaining its viscosity and consistency

in the presence of mechanical activity. It also stays in place by

Semi-Fluid 00 EP Synthetic Grease

ISO 460 synthetic base oils and a sophisticated additive package,

prevent damage. Its advanced extreme-pressure additives provide

Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil

 AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oils are shear-stable,   long-life lubricants based on high-quality synthetic oil technology.   These oils are formulated with a premium additive system that inhibits   oxidation to help prevent acid formation and viscosity increase and inhibit   rust and foam (providing smooth hydraulic operation). AW Oils   contain a very effective zinc-based anti-wear/antioxidant additive which   controls wear in high-speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps while   meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston pumps with bronze-on-steel metallurgy.

 Heavy-Duty Extended-Life Oil Filters (EAHD)   

AMSOIL Ea Heavy-Duty Extended-Life Oil Filters (EaHD) provide excellent  filtering efficiency and high contaminant capacity for heavy-duty on-  and off-road diesel and gasoline applications. They provide extended  service intervals that coincide with the maximum drain interval  recommendations of AMSOIL synthetic engine oils (not to exceed one  year), increasing convenience and reducing maintenance costs.    

Ea Heavy-Duty Extended-Life Oil Filters are engineered using  full-synthetic media that provides a filtering efficiency of 98.7  percent at 20 microns in accordance with industry standard ISO 4548-12,  ranking them among the most efficient available for heavy-duty  applications.                 

  
By-Pass Filtering Systems  

The majority of engine wear comes from particles from 5µ to 25µ in  size. The problem that arises is that the average full flow filter is  only efficient for particles 20µ in size and larger.  This means that  all those particles under 20µ can pass though the filter and cause wear  to your engine. Installing an Amsoil Bypass System on your vehicle will efficiently filter  particles down to 2µ in size, effectively reducing the wear on your  engine.  Here are some of the benefits to using an AMSOIL Bypass System.

By-Pass Filters

 AMSOIL Ea Bypass Oil Filters provide maximum filtration protection  against wear and oil contamination. Working in conjunction with the  engine's full-flow oil filter, AMSOIL Ea Bypass Filters operate by  filtering oil on a "partial-flow" basis.  

 Amsoil By-Pass filters draw approximately 10 percent of the oil sump's capacity at any  one time and trap the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that  full-flow filters can't remove. AMSOIL Ea Bypass Filters typically  filter all of the oil in the system several times an hour, so the engine  continuously receives analytically clean oil.
